The “The Art Machines” exhibition joins didactic contents and hands-on live experimentation of the techniques used to represent this perspective.
Some prototypes of these aforementioned drawing instruments have been reproduced. These models can be used by the public to see for themselves how they work and their effectiveness in order to visualise a reality representation. The purpose is for the spectators interact playfully with the experience of the use of drawing machines.
The display is completed with explanatory reproductions and scale models from the art history. They illustrate how works of great masters have been possible thanks to the use of drawing techniques and machines.
