The sample begins with Pablo Picasso and even though it was a topical to say , with him, over a century ago, everything started. In the crossroad of the two centuries, knows how to walk through it, sovereign, of the naturalism to the cubism. The collection closes (opens) with Miquel Barceló. It closes with him because it is evident that with him concludes in our scene a tradition of painting very painted. And opens with him because Barceló is, at his fifty-two years of age, somebody from whom still can be expected a lot*.
