SPAIN 100 YEARS AGO
“Alois Beer´s exhibition: A 3D journey through the Spain of 1900” that has already travelled for Valladolid, Toledo and Salamanca, continues unseen in Andalucía, Valencia, Tarragona, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Zamora, Burgos and Ávila, cities that the austrian photographer travelled 100 years ago to give his testimony of the places, scenaries and people of that time.The exhibition, depending on the hosted site, is always different since in each place offers unseen and exclusive photographs of the city.
An exhibition that is different of the classic ancient photography, offering devices to the visitor to see the images in three dimensions and a tour for the stereoscopic devices of the era, included a room of a nineteenth-century.
This exhibition comes from the hand of the Historical Austrian Institute in Spain with ECthe research of the commisary Karl Rudolf (Institute´s director), Maria de los Santos García Felguera (Complutense University Madrid) and Aurora Fernandez Polanco (Complutense University Madrid).
